Founded in 1985 by Patrick Mora, we’re an eclectic team of architects,
engineers, and designers based out of San Francisco. We offer a variety of
services including architectural, design-build, construction management,
special inspections, permit processing, etc throughout the Bay Area.
We’ve been servicing the Pacifica community through numerous projects
since 1984. A few years ago, we successfully completed The Clock Tower
mixed-use building in Rockaway Beach which was awarded landmark status.

keep the process seamless. We’ve completed over 600 projects ranging from
remodels, additions, and new residential constructions, ADUs, mixed-use
buildings, multifamily housing, commercial renovations & interiors, retail
